Investing.com - Natural gas futures were higher during European trade on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for August delivery traded at USD2.882 per million British thermal units at time of writing rising 0.30%.
It earlier traded at a session high USD2.886 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD2.720 and resistance at USD2.920.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.07% to trade at USD83.72.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for August delivery rose 0.60% to trade at USD86.59 a barrel while Heating oil for August delivery rose 0.38% to trade at USD2.7838 per gallon.
