This morning, the S&P 500 Index e-mini futures (ES-Z3) are trading higher by 2.75 points to 1796.25 per contract. In overnight trading, both the Shanghai Composite Index (China) and the BSE Sensex Index (India) rallied higher by more than 2.0 percent. This type of rally tells us that the Chinese and Indian ADR's could be strong today if the U.S. markets hold steady. Should the U.S. markets decline than it would be prudent to not expect much upside momentum in the Chinese and Indian ADR's. Some equities that could be strong at the start of the session are the Market Vectors China ETF (PEK), and the India Fund Inc (IFN).
